Colleen Cutcliffe

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Colleen Cutcliffe is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Pendulum. She has more than 25 years of experience leading and managing biology teams in academia, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.

Prior to starting Pendulum, Colleen was the senior manager of biology at Pacific Biosciences and a scientist at Elan Pharmaceuticals. Colleen completed her postdoctoral studies at Northwestern’s Children’s Memorial Hospital. Colleen received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Johns Hopkins University and her B.A. in Biochemistry from Wellesley College.

Carlee is passionate about helping her team translate this complex glucose data into actionable changes anyone can implement into their everyday lives.

Bill Shaddle

Senior Director of Education for Metagenics Midwest

Bill Shaddle has been helping practitioners understand and apply nutrition as a therapeutic tool for more than 45 years. Starting as a sales representative in the Midwest, he has managed sales teams, product lines, divisions and companies in the nutritional sciences field. Bill has developed expertise in taking complex nutritional topics and explaining them in clear and easy to understand ways, which has given him the opportunity to speak to groups of doctors, pharmacists, and practitioners throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, South Africa and Australia. He has developed and delivered workshops covering dozens of different health and nutritional topics and created training programs for sales reps from entry-level to advanced professionals.

Bill recently retired from day-to-day activities as the Senior Director of Medical Education for one of the largest direct-to-practitioner supplement companies to found Practical FxMed, a consulting firm to the functional and integrative medicine industry. This allows him to continue using his background and knowledge to help translate current nutritional science into practical application for the healthcare practitioner and develop medical education strategies for companies in the industry.

Dr. Nasha Winters is a global healthcare authority and best-selling author in integrative cancer care and research, consulting with physicians around the world.
