Educate, Educate, Educate, but Don’t …..

In this video, I share some tips on how to build and sustain such a strong and empowered partnership with your clients and patients that they renew their programs with you over and over and over again.  This can rapidly build a wildly successful practice.  I have had dozens of clients stay with me for 3, 4, or even 5 years.

Educate, Educate, Educate, but don’t Dictate.  Check out the video to understand the powerful distinction at play here – and why it matters greatly in your success and theirs.  I hope the specific example story I share is helpful to you in recognizing the difference.   Honoring your client’s intuition as the most powerful source of truth in their wellness journey is an important choice for ANY healthcare practitioner.

A major reason why they come to you as a coach (whether you are an MD, an LCN, or a CHHC) is the time and focus to get truly educated, to get to the bottom of their challenges, and to be empowered (vs. “fixed”) to find their own wellness.

With love and gratitude to you for sharing your gifts with the world –

Tracy, this was such an amazing and powerful post. Thank you. I needed to hear this badly. I think I’m a dictator. 🙂 I now vow to change that. Thank you!
