Using the Bristol Stool chart has helped me a lot with my clients. Is there a general guide somewhere that help to know what some colors could indicate? Thanks.
There is a number of good resources online that can be used with clients. This blog post has good scientific references:

Enjoyed this webinar very much it answered lots of questions and opened my eyes to digging deeper into my patients issues. I have been dealing with constipation for the last 4 days which came on all of a sudden. Never really had this bad of an issue before. What do you suggest? I am moving back to gluten free. I have a history of breast illness and just had surgery end of July to remove the toxic capsules. Could it be from not detoxing well enough afterwards. I do have leaky gut as well.
Indeed, there can be many drivers, and sometimes all it takes is a combination of insufficient hydration (key this time of year actually as the air becomes much drier) combined with significant shifts in diet. But if you add in the stress of surgery, it can wreak havoc on the microbial balance in the gut as well. In addition to this video, I encourage you to take advance of our free-of-charge-to-subscribers mini clinical course: Conquering Constipation!

A question re saccromyces boularrdi being contraindicated where there is a yeast issue. Doesn’t S boularrdi kill Candida? Does your comment refer to different yeast than candida?
Yes, be careful to understand the distinction I have noted many times. S. Boulardi can be very helpful for countering an overgrowth of yeast in the body via “yeast vs yeast” competition. However, it is not recommended when there is a food allergy or sensitivity to yeast (because it would promote inflammation and immune dysregulation via ongoing immune system reactivity/attack). These are two different scenarios that contrary to common myth do *not* often g hand-in-hand.
