Hello,
Tracy Thank you for such wonderful information for Health Coaches! You are a blessing in may ways to my personal commitment and professional growth.
My Question is where can I get good quality testing for vitamins and minerals on-line. You have mentioned this a few times and I can not find it in my notes, so sorry.
Thank you so much for your support and for what you do to give support and give back to coaches.
Lisa
You are very welcome, Lisa! Thanks for engaging here. These days, there are many good resources. I have quite a bit of experience with some; a few popular ones include http://www.MyMedLab.com http://www.greatplainslaboratory.com , and http://www.VitaminMineralTesting.com . In some states (alas, not MA but yes in NH), you can also go to local, public outlets to seek labwork without needing a physician’s order e.g. http://www.AnyLabTestNow.com . Increasingly so, various practitioners also offer testing kits via their websites. One of my favorite broad-spectrum nutrient assessments is SpectraCell’s “Micronutient” profile which gives cellular levels of all vitamins, many minerals, some amino acids, and several key antioxidants. The lowest price I have seen online for this kit is here: http://www.rawfoodsbible.com/index.php?page=misc/micronutrt . Hope that helps!
