Guest Contributor Contract Request Form

Please complete this form to initiate contract preparation for any outside party who has been invited to speak, or otherwise contribute, at an SAFM event or activity. SAFM Leadership reviews all requests within 24 hours of submission Monday through Friday. If further clarification is required, a 15-minute phone consultation will be scheduled.

To ensure all required paperwork is secured on time, you are encouraged to submit requests, at least, 45 days in advance of any target event. This minimum timeline supports not only SAFM resource planning but also the often needed buffer required to allow for delayed guest responses or legal review of the associated paperwork. Submissions received outside of this timeframe will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine appropriate delivery timelines.

*Note: Guest, both domestic and international, are paid via PayPal unless otherwise agreed upon with the SAFM Integrator prior to initiation of an Agreement. Guests are requested to provide a valid PayPal address as part of the contract process. Payments are issued within 15 days of the event end date or SAFM’s receipt of all materials and services.
