Essential Gut Deep Dive – Gift Course Submission

As part of our annual campaign, we invite you to gift a free-of-charge enrollment in SAFM’s eight-week Essential Gut Deep Dive course to one of your colleagues. Share the gift of education, inspiration, empowerment, and community with one practitioner you know who is eager is learn and increase their clinical impact and personal fulfillment (and perhaps gain some CEUs in the process).

To take advantage of this offer, you must designate your recipient and submit all required information via the form below no later than Oct. 10th, 2024. We encourage you to take action quickly! Don’t miss out on this easy opportunity for your leadership in support of SAFM’s mission. Starting October 14th, we will communicate with your recipient and share all necessary instructions to enroll in the course.

Important Terms

This opportunity is only available to currently active, experienced SAFM students (any Program level, who originally enrolled for the June 2024 cohort or earlier). You must be logged in to your student account to make your designation.
Only one gift course designation per student (regardless of whether the recipient misses notifications or chooses not to take action to activate course).
Gifts are only for the original named recipient in your first submision, are non-transferable, and cannot be changed after submission.
We will notify the recipient that you are the one “gifting” them this special opportunity. Be sure to leave a gift note below to include in that email.
Recipients are responsible for receiving the gift notification email and activating course participation (via a link in the notification email). If you do not hear from them in the few days after October 14th, you may wish to reach out to ensure they are aware of and follow through on the offer.
Recipients must activate their course registration no later than Noon ET, Friday, October 25, 2024 after which time the offer will expire. We are not able to accommodate any postponed activation requests or late activation exceptions.
If your designated recipient has previously purchased and enrolled in this course, we will gladly extend their course access at the time of activation. Refunds from any prior enrollment, however, are not available.
No current SAFM student can be designated as a gift recipient. All of the content in this course is already available to active SAFM students.
