SAFM Program Enrollment

We’re honored that you’re applying to join the The School of Applied Functional Medicine™. Our students represent a diverse group of passionate practitioners committed to advancing the practice of good medicine and transforming patient care. The application process helps us ensure that our program remains a strong professional fit for every student who joins.

The application takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. We recommend setting aside a few uninterrupted moments so you can move through it comfortably in one sitting.

Before you begin, please have the following ready:

1. Your Professional Credentials. You will be asked to upload documentation confirming your professional licensure or certification. Review acceptable credential requirements here.
2. Your Enrollment Tuition Selection. You will be prompted to choose your preferred tuition option (monthly or yearly) during the application and enrollment process.
