Encouraging your clients to eat green vegetables may matter for some major reasons you don’t even realize! Especially for your clients who thrive on a higher-protein diet, or one that features larger amounts of meat. High iron content is one of the things in red meat that (might, in some people) contribute to oxidative damage to intestinal cells.
