Gut Health Interconnectedness: Root Causes of Dis-ease

Gut HealthYou’re here!

At SAFM we teach our students to be both confident and highly skilled at “puzzle piecing” and finding the interconnectedness between the pieces of each patient’s unique case. This approach makes all the difference in the world in your business.

Because here’s a truth you need to hear: trying to use generic, high level pieces will likely never wildly satisfy your patients and clients. We’ve got to be willing to dive into the detailed and unique interconnectedness for each person.

During this Facebook Live, I discuss:

  • We are NOT “what we eat”. It’s more complicated than that!
  • Insidious Gut connections to Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, and more
  • Why a hyper focus on Candida is often misleading
  • Unexpected drivers for estrogen dominance, migraines, and debilitating PMS
  • Cardiovascular disease – in ways that might surprise you

I had never heard of glucuronidation and found that very interesting as well as your take on Candida. Great presentation that I plan to listen to again several times. I look forward to enrolling in your program.
    Thank you!

    Hi
That was such an amazing talk. Thank you.
I have a question about the section where you spoke about betaglucouronidase. Can you please explain the positive characteristics of BGO and also what is happening when it cleaves the toxins? Is it cleaving a toxin bound to glucouronidase poist phase II pre phase III that is bound for the bile duct and on its way out, preempting it from getting out of the body? Also why is BGO typically flourishing in the first place? Thank you so much for all you all are doing! You’re Awesome!

Your FB live today was amazing. I learned a great deal. One thing that really jumped out at me is Intestinal Permeability. I knew a bit about this but not to extent that you taught today. Thank you!! I am in awe more and more of the incredible human body and your passion and knowledge has influenced this so much.

Question – do you cover how to interpret an Organic Acid Test or other labs in your gut course? thanks!

      SAFM Team says:

No, we do not. This is a very complex topic that we only recommend for advanced practitioners, and it definitely requires a full-length course and three webinars all on its own. There is a separate Deep Dive clinical course on the Power of Organic Acids Testing. You may find more info here: https://schoolafm.com/clinical-courses/ .
