It was very inspiring to hear you talk about counteracting the virus of fear with leadership. Covid-19 will be around for many months, social distancing and many other restrictive measures will be in place for a very long time. We have to learn to live and work in this new reality. People are going to need lots of support with their health during and after this pandemic. It is a place for health practitioners from all sectors to help people to heal both physically and mentally. The realization that being in the parasympathetic state promotes healing. Increases glutathione. Increases melatonin production. Decreases inflammation. Turn off the NEWS! It’s a good reminder to make relaxation practice a stronger habit. Calming the immune system and not making it hyper vigilant. One other note, that increased cortisol production, due to being in an extended parasympathetic state will decrease melatonin and our sleep will not be as deep and healing. Thanks you for this! xo
