    Oh I loved all of this! As a therapist I have this in my practice all the time. Especially during this time in our world I find even myself I have to use gratitude and mindfulness. Like you said a lot of people do not even realize the amount of stress they are under, and I love seeing the light go off and the work that my clients do when they see results!

    Thank you for speaking about breathing and gratitude. I do try to do this and I have an app on my watch that riminds me and takes me through a breathing exercise periodically during the day. These and your other ideas are so simple to do and I know they make me feel better.
