    It is so true and especially in conventional health care that we ignore the real root causes of disease, diet, lifestyle, community, purpose. I try to instill the need for these in my clients and try to embody them myself. Baby steps is the best approach but any tips are always welcome.

    I loved the Facebook live today! For me the outstanding point( there were a lot really) but if I had to pick one it was that beliefs activate biochemical changes to produce changes in our body. The mind body connection is something that fascinates me and can’t wait to find more in my first course
