Post-COVID syndrome and Intra-COVID Leadership: Inspiration for Practitioners

Hi!

Although you may already be a savvy practitioner, I am certain you will learn something new in this video about Post-Covid Syndrome and Intra-Covid Leadership: Inspiration for Practitioners. You’ll walk away with pages of notes and practical pearls you can use in your practice right away.

Here are some of the things we’ll be discussing:

  • Potentially the most powerful pandemic revelations
  • The ragingly short-sighted risks in our reaction so far – and the response that’s most needed
  • Common post-viral challenges:  what research says and what to do
  • Why your leadership matters now more than ever
  • What patients need to hear – and this one’s gonna take some courage
  • Functional imbalances and vulnerability
  • The fundamental misconception being repeated over and over again

Thank you very much for joining in the fun and learning! Please share your thoughts (please be thorough) in the “Ask a Question” area below about what inspired you in this presentation! Include what type of practitioner you are, so that we can all see your unique perspective.

I LOVE the analogy of being on a battlefield without protection and not being prepared! Our protection is strengthening the immune system insuring a well regulated immune system to be prepared for battle to create a parasympathetic dominant mode so when we need the sympathetic surge mode we are ready to fight! And for my clients to bring it back to beginners mind and suggest preventative actions to build resilience for whatever battle they come upon; rest/hydrate/avoid crap food toxins and stress pro-inflammatory foods! Thank you Tracy!

I have been taking Zinc, Vit D and K2, but not Vit A. What role does Vit A play in supporting the body in resisting Covid?
Thanks you for all you do.

Thank you so much Tracy. Something for me to remember was cutting back on calcium and possibly adding Vitamins k2 to prevent calcification. Also, great to know dose of L Glutathione.

Wow! What a powerful message Tracy delivered! I am a new RN, with only 2 years of experience so this is a whole new and amazing world to me. I am starting the Core 101 program this month and couldn’t be more excited to be a part of something so empowering and meaningful. Some major takeaways were the redwood and mountain analogies. These spoke volumes to me, we are living in a society where we are blaming the mountain and it is especially more evident with Covid. Instead, we should be focusing on taking action to create resilience, health, and vitality. We can take control of our own health and the time is now. The discussion of vitamins and minerals to aid in recovery but also the topic of sympathetic dominance and how this alone is also debilitating. The pandemonium is causing so much anguish, anxiety and depression which is so harmful. Thank you for this wildly amazing video. Sharing it to everyone!

Thank you for saying support the immune system don’t just “boost” it.
The use of probiotics to help regulate the immune system – a definite peal for me!

Thank you Tracy for this! You were fired up today. So many pearls, love the reminder that we don’t want to just keep boosting the immune system we want it to have pro and anti-inflammatory responses. Your comment on IL-6 elevating hepcidin and preventing iron absorption sent me on a rabbit-hole journey this afternoon 🙂

Tracy is just so passionate and I love her teachings! I always learn something however I think the notion of covid simply amplifying previous nutritional deficiencies is key! The one thing I would love clarification on is why sometimes NAC is recommended vs liposomal glutathione.
The one pearl take away for me easy by far anemia with covid. This was the first I had heard of it and the explanation makes sense!

Thank you Tracy. I love your talks. Today’s pearl actually happened to be for me as I am on day 7 of Covid and experiencing ringing in my ears. I was so excited as you brought up the iron element &anemia because that is exactly what I was guessing. (Otherwise, I am doing fine). I am amazed at all the balancing that we need to focus on and yet with each of your talks I feel I understand better . I so appreciate you and SAFM!

Thank you so much Tracey! I loved the presentation, as I live all of your videos since I have found this school. I learned many interesting things today, but learned so much more about the importance of glutathione. Thank you aagain!!

The most amazing part was the blood brain barrier and the neurological effects!

Thank you for your passion and commitment to teaching Tracy. Both were so clear in today’s session! Your emphasis on the strongest defense as the best offense made a lot of sense. I took away so much with regards to the importance of vitamin D, Zinc as well as Vitamin A and K2. Looking forward to continuing to help people build resilient health! Thank you!

Thank you for this amazing and thoughtful presentation. There is so much food for thought here, but also so much valuable information to share with our clients and community. I hope it is shared many times and that through this valuable information, practitioners around the world can give hope to their frightened clients and patients. Thank you again.

So wonderful as always! Oh how I love your discussion on the impact of fear biologically on our immune system. I think that has been the hardest thing to help people understand this last year. Interestingly I run a slew of annual labs on myself and had some interesting changes that may have been concerning to a conventional doctor . Armed with the knowledge gained here on the inter connectedness of all things and my intuition and confidence in my bodies innate wisdom and healing capacity, I was able to connect the dots and see some very real indications based on the labs that I likely had covid many months ago and how I can now support supplementally to rebalance strained systems . Mist aligned with what you talked about ( reduced iron absorption, lowered vit D, a high organic acids marker often indicating low glutathione etc.) Thank you for always sharing , educating, inspiring and empowering!❤️

Tracy, thank you so much for such and inspirational talk. I had never heard about the organic acids test, which I found as a very helpful tool. Also, I was amazed by your words on how we should stop being afraid of COVID-19 and start acting against the real underlying causes that make us vulnerable to this virus. (weakened immune system, obesity, chronic diseases)

Thank you, Tracy! I really appreciated all the info on mucosal health/lining and the role it plays in our immune system. Also the reminder that resilient health is what protects us from infections etc. Our society as a whole is definitely lacking resilient health. Also, the role that fear and stress play in our sympathetic nervous system is huge! Thank you for the pearls!

It was awesome and amazing this webinar!! One can tell it was full of passion and heart ! My newest pearls today were the Iron depletion, cutting back on calcium and mucosa health.

Thanks so much for this deep dive. I knew your untangling of the biology around the human-covid interaction would be educational & useful with clients, family, friends, & self.

I loved your use of the rain & mountains as examples of explaining it’s not the virus but the lifestyle factors that matter. Huge takeaway and I’ll use them.
Thanks also for your info about your family experiences and how their underlying health issues weren’t considered as the real causes of death. We read so much online, from strangers, and try and sort through truth and stories. A trusted teacher/mentors experience is appreciated.

Much love to you and your family for your losses.
