What a wonderful and informative fb live session!
Thank you so much for all the great content and tips!

I had quite a few aha moments, but especially the part about never going into a first conversation without knowledge about the client hit a cord. Also great to hear about the importance of being confident and showing leadership skills. Priceless!

    Amy says:

I have many friends who have so many great things to say about you and your program. I am excited to sign up for the July semester!!

    Nicola says:

Loved how confidence leadership and knowledge were linked together. Knowledge to me is so important and we’re continuing to learn, but you recognise so much more in that.

    Manorama gupta says:

Confidence, Taking Leadership, Knowledge and Belief!!! Yes!! I need To think four of these to make myself successful. Being different from others is really important and thank you for telling what actually is being different. I know even I was being one of those common peeps but you just opened my eyes. Thank you so much!!!

    Hi Tracy!
This is an exciting week for me. I’m launching my new book and my new web site! Getting ready to take your class in July and practice on clients. The thing that most resonated with me today is clients need more than to hydrate, eat more fruits and veggies and be less stressed. Healing my daughter showed me first hand how getting to the root of the problem can resolve immune system issues. I look forward to learning more and helping others.

    Lisa says:

I loved how you reinforced that it is not our job to fix people. Definitely needed that reminder. Thanks for all you do!

  7. 34
    Pankaj says:

-> Be confident and allow the client to gain confidence for himself/herself through the process of education, empowerment, and motivation.

-> Be authentic while sharing knowledge while keeping in mind that the information should be dynamics oriented, not diagnosis oriented.

    Linda Watson says:

I loved the 4 tips on being a good coach and how to have successful sessions. What resonated with me the most was the aha moment that people are looking to me for guidance and my confidence needs to be solid. I sometimes forget that I’m in a position where the client is looking to me for answers and they themselves have confidence in me and that’s why they signed up! So by providing them with my confidence and my leadership, I can keep them satisfied with my knowledge so they can get wildly successful results!

What an inspiring webinar! Thank you Tracy..
What I gained from today’s lecture was to not start with
Root causes in the beginning for one, But, basic lifestyle tools that we can begin with immediately such as sleep, constipation etc.
Building a founding and expressing our confidence as a Practioner yet allowing our Client to tap into their own intuition is extremely vital. This foundation will set the stage for sustainable healing for the patient.. moreover getting results right away proving they are in good hands as it is our goal to facilitate their intuition but with a leadership role that we need to establish.
I also found it extremely fascinating that the physiology of an individual and their bio chemistry actually does change with the placebo effect !!

    Marina says:

The confidence piece – is really resonate with me! STOP USING BUFFERING LANGUAGE! I find myself doing and THINKING that way very often. Very frustrating! It holds me up in staring my business 🙁
Will pay attention to that for sure!
Also simple analogies and stories – love that part as well.
Thank you much for sharing your knowledge!

Feedback: The pearl that I most want to change or start to improve or start to do: Focus on the biochemical power & biochemical realness in BELIEF in healing.
Focus on dynamics & educating & inspiring over diagnosis because this galvanizes the BELIEF!
Thank you for sharing your gifts!

  12. 29
    Wendy Weber says:

My take away was dynamics vs diagnosis and not to caught up in the diagnosis.

  13. 28
    nadia says:

    Two important things:
    1. Educate the client as you work with them so that they make the change from with in
    2. finding the root cause of the clients problem and getting really savvy by seeing the interconnectedness and solving the problem like a puzzle.

  14. 27
    Chris Kelley says:

Getting our clients relief first, dealing with cause second is a great way to show success to your client to get buy in.

  15. 26
    madeline says:

To show the client that YOU believe that they will get better.

My second attempt at a comment,..
First the whole session was amazing as always!
But, think what resonated with me most today was the trio of words to describe what we do: Educate, Inspire and Empower. I love that. I also really like the Functional medicine is the WHAT and the Coaching is the HOW and working with Dynamics vs Diagnosis. AAAAAH. SO much wisdom.

  17. 24

I loved the reminder to not only use my own intuition with clients but to empower them to use theirs as well in their treatment and healing. So often I get caught up in the desire or need to “fix” a client and get down on myself for not knowing more when really that is NOT my job!

  18. 23
    Ewell Vernon says:

Two points resonated with me. This combo included the need for confidence and belief! Thank you!

  19. 22

Greatest take away is now that I’m questioning the whole session approach; to guide the client into a discussion; following up with “looks like you made some awesome progress with xyz, tell me more about that, how does that make you feel, etc.”
Using a little more teaching strategies instead of only questioning which can make someone feel they are not getting much out of sessions.
    You’re one amazing lady!

I would love to win tuition! I love functional medicine. I graduated from IIN 2015. My daughter has been in and out of the ER and specialists since last November and lost over 30 pounds. She’s been impacted and they want to give her Miralax for a year. It is so frustrating. We are now trying prune juice and a liquid diet. We feel lost. and the doctors are not helping. We did a colonic and it was traumatic for her.
Again, I’ll absolutely love free tuition to help me finally help her holistically. xoxoxo

Oh my goodness how do I pick “one” that most resonated with me! I learned a wealth of information. I haven’t done much as a Health Coach because I’ve felt like something was missing! Well guess what I just found it! You are a “Pearl” of wealth!!!!! If I don’t win this I’m gonna have to find a way to pay because this school is what I need! IIN was great and all but AFM is where it’s at and I’m so grateful for Jodi talking with me yesterday and
encouraging me with her testimonies! And then BAM this today, I believe the Universe put YOU and Jodi in my path! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
    Teresa
