I guess this is where we leave our comment about what I loved most??? What I loved most is that I was totally surprised at how much I RESONATED with everything Tracy said, particularly about being Grounded in our role, and knowing WHAT our role is, nothing more, and nothing less!

    Amy says:

I liked the saying “FM is the what; coaching is the how.” That’s just one of my favorite nuggets. I believe that we need to work together like gears. If all the gears are working properly then momentum is in the right direction.

Thank you so much for all of the amazing knowledge you shared in your video! What resonated most with me was your pearl on leadership. Your idea of each session being “patient centered” but still “practitioner led” seems to be so important in establishing confident leadership with each client. This is something I will strive to implement in my own practice in the future!

    Jill Barrette says:

    Hi Tracy,

So excited about your new website and your expanded program! And I am very curious about your Intro to Mapping 101!

As for my biggest takeaways from today’s FB Live they are: 1. People/practitioners can lack of confidence because they feel the burden of needing to “fix” someone which is too much pressure on the practitioner and a disservice to the client. 2. Don’t ever use fear as a motivator with your clients.

Hi Tracy! I loved your webinar and I’m so happy you are willing to share your knowledge with all of us. Looking for the root cause and not diagnosing were key to me. I want to learn more and be part of your class!

    Jody McClure says:

I was really inspired by your presentation. I had never heard of Functional Medicine until it was mentioned briefly in my IIN course. Finally, a practice in which you get to the root of the problem and not bandaid it . The human body is beyond fascinating! I felt all of the pearls you touched on were equally important. However, the one that stands out most with me is knowledge. I feel knowledge is power! If you understand how and why then you not only gain confidence, but you can help your client understand why and how, which is huge, not to mention rewarding! Thanks for all you do!

    Laura Moore says:

Loved the webinar! The piece that resonated the most with me was your first point on confidence. I seriously need to express myself with confidence and in turn give my clients hope and empowerment in their healing journey.

Super inspirational webinar. I believe life is all timing and right now I am ready to learn how to become a wildly successful practitioner. IIN provided me with a plethora of knowledge and now I am overjoyed to have found SAFM!! I have been searching for mentor to help me build my confidence and knowledge. This is such a great opportunity. Thank you for all your support!! This is truly an amazing opportunity I wish to be apart of.

Great webinar Tracy, thank you! So many things resonated with me, but I think what hit me most was the piece about confidence. Yes people can spot lack of confidence a mile away. Being confident in our knowledge, our training and ourselves is absolutely key. To me, it all starts there.

  10. 51

Loved your talk today. Previously being a teacher definitely set me up to educate my clients as I work with them. So important for them to understand. The most important part for me today was understanding not to focus on diagnosis as that always seems to be the biggest fear in clients. They concentrate on that piece. Getting into the dynamics is important and of course goes back to the educational piece as well. Thanks for all the great tips!

    sharon samtur says:

Your presentation was wonderful, You addressed every reason why a client would proceed with coaching, and why, some months into the program, they become less inspired. The most potent take-away for me in what you discussed was the crucial important of addressing both rapid relief AND root cause. Thank you so much for that. I think often, we either overstate, knowing the efficacy of the protocols in Functional Medicine to help heal or we underline the need for patience in the healing process. Providing some rapid relief at the same time as exploring for root cause…both, as you mentioned, is crucial in having the client “sign on” with their understanding and sparking their motivation, long term. Thank you, thank you. Your clarity and ability to articulately verbalize the process is so effective. Thank you.

    Adam Judd says:

I need to really master this powerful content you’re teaching us, and increase my confidence in sessions with clients, especially around recommending supplements.

The pearl that resonated loud and clear with me is to remember to continually lead your client back to their OWN intuition about their situation. When they consistently ( with our help) learn to honor, celebrate and listen to that inner voice where all the real answers lie; then the tools, resources and support we offer will know no limits!! Rock on SAFM!!

Tracy’s advice that resonated LOUD and CLEAR with me is to remember to continually lead your client back to their own intuition about their situation. When they consistently (with our help) learn to honor, celebrate and listen to that inner place where all the real answers lie; then the tools, resources and support we offer will know no limits! Rock on SAFM!!

I want to eliminate desperation (income) and build confidence! I want to lead my client with confidence to rapid relief and long term, sustainable results! xoxo Thank you for this video!

    Katheryn says:

Definitely the part about not wanting to overwhelm your clients. I just want to give them 100 tasks at once otherwise I feel like I’m not providing value. But have to remind myself to step back and give bite sized pieces to help with both the root cause as well as lifestyle changes that they can easily start with.

    Lili Sannino says:

Wonderful video, Tracy!I am beyond excited and cannot wait for July to start my first semester. The take away from this video is rapid results and then look for the root cause. I also love the idea of no diagnosis(I cannot do anyway). I will definitely apply it to myself and stop googling symptoms to stress myself with a diagnosis. It will give me peace of mind. Thank you for all you do!

  18. 43

The biggest tip and pearl I received is the ability to help client’s turn their fear into inspiration and empowerment. I would love to join you again and be a part of the school. I can see myself being constantly engaged with your teachings. I LOVE what you have to say and how you say it. Thank you so much!!!! Thank you for sharing your gifts with us!!!

    Melissa Heffron says:

Validating patients concerns. In the healthcare field I have seen over and over healthcare works want to say what they want to say, and then leave patients not wanting to hear what the patient has to say. Patients so frequently reveal problems and solutions through their words, so it is really important to listen to what they have to say!

  20. 41

The whole video was great, but the thing that I would like to incorporate into my business the most is getting the fastest results for my clients in those first two months to keep their motivation going. I am getting better at this but it’s what I look forward to working on the most.
